Empowering children and young people to thrive after cancer

Contact us

We’re researchers from Sheffield Hallam University.

We’re working with children, young people and their families to co-design a support programme to help them get back to what they love doing after cancer treatment.

The research

Illustration of two people side by side, one with blond hair wearing a pink top and the other with dark curly hair wearing a white shirt with yellow overalls.

We’re looking at:

What support is already available post-cancer treatment

The experience of children, young people and their families of that support

Where the gaps are

Then, we’ll design a support programme together that reflects the needs of young people.
